Research Interest

In my research work, I have studied the in-vitro and in-vivo interaction of DMARDS when administered simultaneously. During my research I also studied how these drugs affect neurological behaviour by estimating brain indolamines. To study these interactions different methods were applied and different techniques were used. During my in-vitro studies, I did my work on HPLC  & UV-spectrophotometer. For this purpose I developed new method and utilize it for interaction studies on HPLC. Metal complex were synthesized and after that all these interactions were studied by in-vivo means using arthritic rat models. All the data were analyzed on statistical basis. Now, I like to do work on new techniques and study new methods for my research growth.
