Dow University of Health Sciences is active in organizing inter and intra campuses sports competition of tournaments of volley ball, cricket, basketball, throw ball, net ball, football, long jump, relay race and other different games. The students of Dow University also participate in All Karachi sports competition and All Pakistan Inter University Olympics at National level organized by the Higher Education Commission HEC Pakistan.
