Research Interest

Dr Kashif Ali is working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmacy Practice, DUHS. He was appointed as a junior instructor in 2011 and was then promoted to the position of an instructor in 2012. He has 11 years of service, including 3 years as an assistant professor. After graduating with a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2010, he started his career as a trainee pharmacist in the department of pharmacy services at National Institute of Blood Diseases and Bone marrow transplantation. Where he has served 9 years in hematology oncology pharmacy services and introduced sterile preparation area for Antibiotics, Chemotherapy and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN).
He was also enrolled in the Master of Philosophy in Pharmacy Practice program at Ziauddin University in 2013 and completed this program in 2018. He has several international publications in his area of interest and also have several contributions in pharmacy education including organizing seminars, symposium and inviting national and international guest speakers for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and oversaw significant expansion of research activities. His research interest include, Antibiotic Stewardship, Hematology-oncology pharmacy and Clinical pharmacy.
