Research Interest

Dr Sadia Shakeel obtained PhD in Pharmacy Practice from Jinnah University for Women, Karachi. She is a Clinical Research Certified Professional from Dow University of Health Sciences and is skilled in conducting basic and clinical research. After completing PhD, she was awarded TWAS USM Postdoctoral Fellowship. She completed her Postdoc Fellowship from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia with a major in Clinical pharmacy. This experience strengthened her applied clinical and teaching skills, enabling her to correlate theory with practical application to provide her students with a better understanding of practical scenarios.
Dr Sadia has over 15 years of academic and professional experience. She is an HEC-approved PhD Supervisor and has co-supervised MPhil research projects with emphasis on evidence-based rational use of medicines. She is a prolific researcher and has carried forward a coherent research strategy that has a national and international impact. She has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications in international journals and several research abstracts/research posters are on her credit.Research interest:
