Research Interest

Dr Fakhsheena Anjum completed her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Karachi. Currently, she is an Associate Professor in charge of the Department of Pharmacy Practice, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dow College of Pharmacy, Dow University of Health Sciences. She is HEC approved PhD supervisor. She has been the Program Director of the Therapeutics and e-prescription course, e-Doctors Virtual Training Program at DUHS, and also a facilitator of the CRCP (Clinical Research Certified Professional) course since 2014. She has been Vice President of the Pakistan Pharmacists Association, Sindh, since 2018. She was nominated as the Productive Scientist of Pakistan (Science ID # 28723) Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt of Pakistan, in 2017. She was associated with the Pakistan Academy of Sciences, Karachi Chapter, as Associate Young Scientist from 2012 to 2015. She actively participates in community services by conducting various sessions and camps, etc. Her research interests include product development and pharmaceutical analysis, epidemiological studies, pharmacovigilance, and breast cancer.
