- Dow Institute for Advanced Biological and Animal Research has started conducting pre-clinical studies for the screening of novel compounds, natural materials, conventional drugs and herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, chemicals and newly formulated drugs.
- The Laboratory Animal Sciences has developed scientific collaboration with pharmaceutical industry and has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Medics Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd.
