A fully functional lab (DDR) installed with many high-tech instruments currently in vogue for bio medical sciences. IBMS has established a digital library which provides free access to thousands of national and international journals and text books from almost all international publishers. A fully accessible digital library is provided by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan which provides access to their National Digital Library.

Moreover, the main library has hard copies of variety of updated text books of all the healthcare disciplines and related fields. The building has spacious air-conditioned lecture halls and seminar rooms, with necessary audiovisual multimedia facilities. In addition to this, there are:
