Dow Institute of Health Professional Education (DIHPE) is a branch of DUHS which masters in teaching, scholarship, development and evaluation of educational programs through service provision research and innovation. The scope of its activities includes undergraduate and postgraduate education, continuation of professional development and medical education. These activities are extended to other healthcare professions as well.

This institute will focus on the structure to ensure the medical and allied health professionals produce well-rounded graduates equipped with the skills and knowledge to enable them to work within, to shape and to lead 21st century healthcare systems. The seven divisions within the institute contribute to the delivery of exciting and challenging courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and continuous professional development levels.
