Research Interest

My research focuses on infectious diseases caused by bacteria in hospitalized patients. I specialize

In bacterial genomics and its connection to comorbidities. By analyzing the genetic makeup of

bacterial strains and correlating it with patient health data, I aim to understand how bacterial factors

Interact with underlying conditions. My expertise spans genomics, bioinformatics, epidemiology,

and clinical insights, with the goal of improving diagnostics and treatment strategies for more

personalized patient care
