Dow Institute of Radiology (DIR)

The Radiology Department at the DUHS Ojha Campus was established in 2009 as a branch of Dow Diagnostic Research and Reference Laboratory (DDRL). It was then converted into the Institute of Radiology (DIR) on 6th June 2014.

Research Interest

My research interest is mainly in day to day challenging cases. Using indexed journals, text books as my resource

Coordinator of undergraduate degree program-Bachelor of Radiologic Technology( BSRT) 27th JUNE 2019 till December 2022.

 

Teaching:-

I teach both undergraduate and post graduate programs including MBBS, FCPS, BSRT, DMRD, MD

 

BSRT Thesis Supervised:-:-

Have supervised multiple groups of undergraduate students of BS radiologic technologist

 

Honours & Achievement:-

  • Certified Online teacher since 06/03/2020- Did “Learning to teach Online” through Coursera
  • Converted onsite classroom to virtual class room during COVID pandemic and then Hybrid Model for almost 2 years.
  • Conducted DUHS Virtual Open House in 1st till 4rth NOVEMBER 2021.
  • Has successfully completed “Online Teaching Level 1” online course (20-hours) offered by NAHE, HEC from 20 March 2021 to 10 April 2021.
  • One of the core member of the organizing committee during DOW UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES 1st International Symposium, EMERGENCY RADIOLOGY Head to TOE, JUNE 17th 2023.
