Research Interest

  • My research activities are mainly focused on Plant Biotechnology, Plant cell and tissue culture of medicinally, industrially important plants and commercially important food crops. Another area of research are Secondary metabolites production and their enhancement by various biochemical methods, Biotransformation studies of medicinally important compounds by using plant enzyme system and their modifications by various spectroscopic analyses. Other research interests include Genetic transformation, green synthesis and characterization of Nanoparticles as a therapeutic agent.
