Research Interest

• Our primary research focuses on genomics of familial breast cancers through next generation sequencing techniques. We are also working on functional genomics using CRISPR/Cas9 Knockout BC cell lines to evaluate the role of Proton Chanel (Hv1) in tumor microenvironment. In parallel we are a part of international research projects on intellectual disability and infertility.
