Medical Technology is a vital part of the entire Health Care System. This professional field comprises the challenges and rewards of medicine and surgery and deals with the technical aspects of the same. Our program provides undergraduate and postgraduate training programs in these fields for students pursuing their careers in Allied Health Sciences. Medical technologists are vital members of the Health Care System. They are an eminent professional resource of the health care team, who play an active role in medical institutions, hospitals, physicians' offices, diagnostic centers, and other health care facilities in public and private sectors.

Research Interest

My research interests encompass a diverse range of topics within public health. These include investigating anxiety levels in surgical patients, with a particular focus on understanding diabetic foot ulcer risk factors and exploring self-medication practices among allied healthcare professionals. Additionally, I am intrigued by the correlation between maternal dietary patterns and fetal heart assessments, as well as the calculation of Heart Rate Variability (HRV). Lastly, my Master's thesis delves into the analysis of gut microbiota and its implications in colorectal patients.
