Research Interest

My research explores population dynamics using molecular techniques like ELISA, PCR, rtPCR, sequence analysis, and genetic expression studies. Through these methods, I aim to uncover the genetic variation within populations and its impact on phenotypic traits. Using PCR and rtPCR, I identify genetic markers associated with traits or diseases across diverse populations. Sequence analysis helps understand the genetic architecture underlying phenotypic diversity, including SNPs. Integrating molecular biology and population studies, my work contributes to understanding population genetics, molecular epidemiology, and the interplay between genetic variation and phenotypic expression.
