Research Interest

  • My Research activities are mainly focused on snake venom proteomics, its toxicities and therapeutic applications. I am also working on using alternate venom neutralizing approaches such as traditional medicines and nanoparticles. Additionally, venom toxicity and its neutralizing agents are assessed using Drosophila melanogaster models. Other research interests include production of industrially important products locally for overall environmental and socio-economic impact for the country.
