Research Interest

• My Research activities are mainly focused on production, purification & characterization of industrially important enzymes, biopolymers, bioremediation using microbes & utilization of agricultural waste to produce biocatalysts. Other research interests include production and characterization of silver nanoparticles as a therapeutic agent, development of hemostatic & wound healing gauze. Additionally, bioactivity of these molecules and nanoparticles are assessed using Drosophila melanogaster and mouse models.
