It's my honor to welcome you on the behalf of the faculty and staff of Institute of Medical Technology to the Respiratory and critical care technology Program at Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS).

Respiratory and Critical Care Technologist is one of the most versatile medical fields you can choose from. As a Respiratory and Critical Care Technologist, you will evaluate, treat, rehabilitate and educate patients with cardiopulmonary disease. Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) is among the pioneer university in Pakistan to establish a four years Bachelor of Science (BSMT) program in reparatory and critical care technology. The department has a carefully designed curriculum that offers a wide range of knowledge based on respiratory courses, intensive care practices, hospital training, and research that meets international standards. The primary goal of the respiratory and critical care technology department is student placement at the top to get in hospitals and clinics. 

We expect our students to perform highly academically and for our graduates to go well beyond being significant contributors. We hope each will become a leader in our field.
