I, Prof Dr Riffat Farooqui, incharge of the Department of Pharmacology, welcome you to the web page of DIKIOHS/DUHS. Pharmacology is a science that forms the foundation for medical and dental practices. The pharmacology curriculum is delivered to 2nd year BDS students through lectures, tutorials, and experiments in the Pharmacology laboratory. The purpose is that the students are expected to develop skills that help them in clinical postings, research, and throughout their profession. To enhance students’ participation, student activities, such as Drug Cards, Interactive presentations/Posters, and Pharmacology Mnemonics, are designed to allow students to become more involved on campus.
