Pharmacology is one of the common subjects among medical, dental, and paramedical courses.
The objective of the department is to embark knowledge and to develop a worthy, disciplined, ethical and responsible doctor who is concerned with the betterment of human life and serving their nation. Our priority is to develop students that will be able to apply the basic knowledge of pharmacology for the understanding of clinical scenarios in their professional careers.
Department of Pharmacology is headed by Prof. Dr. Mahayrookh Asif. The department is rigorously involved in teaching Dental Health Sciences students at undergraduate level. Appropriate course goals, content and assessment methods are formulated and are in place for undergraduate teaching.
The department comprises of enthusiastic senior as well as young dynamic faculties with keen interest in academic excellence. 
The HOD has several publications in national & international peer reviewed journals.
