Research Interest

  • Investigating the underlying biochemical, and molecular mechanisms implicated in complex diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer’s, and schizophrenia, aiming to pinpoint potential therapeutic targets for intervention.
     
  • Uncovering the role of Non-coding RNA in cancer pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on their utility in diagnosis and therapeutic development.
     
  • Exploring the involvement of transcribed ultra-conserved regions in the pathology of schizophrenia to uncover potential insights into disease mechanisms and therapeutic strategies.
     
  • Identifying FDA-approved drugs with potential for repurposing against gliomas and colorectal cancer, with the goal of advancing therapeutic options for these malignancies.
