Dow Institute of Nursing and Midwifery recently hosted a highly successful workshop on "Trends and Issues in Nursing Education" on February 17th-18th, 2023. Dr. Fauziya Ali, an Adjunct Faculty member at DIONAM and experienced healthcare professional at NorQuest College in Edmonton, facilitated the workshop. The event brought together faculty members and MSN students from DIONAM and few affiliated institutions. The participants engaged in a series of activities, including brainstorming sessions, group discussions, and skill-building exercises, to identify current challenges and trends in nursing education and explore potential solutions. We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Fauziya for sharing her invaluable insights and expertise with us, which will surely contribute to the growth and development of nursing education.
