Oral biology is a multidisciplinary field that includes oral anatomy and histology, oral physiology & Tooth Morphology. In the current integrated curriculum approach, the Department coordinates teaching basic medical sciences to the Year 1 BDS students. Also, it involves the departments of Physiology, Anatomy, and Biochemistry from the Faculty of Medicine.
